CellularSenescenceDetectionKit-SPiDER-βGalallowstodetectSA-β-galwithhighsensitivityandeaseofuse.SPiDER-βGalisanewreagenttodetectβ-galactosidasewhichpossessesahighcell-permeabilityandahighretentivityinsidecells.SA-β-galaredetectedspecificallynotonlyinlivingcellsbutalsofixedcellsbyusingareagent(BafilomycinA1)toinhibitendogenousβ-galactosidaseactivity.Therefore,SPiDER-βGalcanbeappliedtoquantitativeanalysisbyflowcytometry.
